Tattoo artist Abigail was born and raised in Hong Kong and is the proud single mum of an awesome 9-year-old. Pen and ink have been her life blood since she was young, and her passion for this medium is what once inspired her to work as a children’s art teacher. It also led to her exhibiting works at local art exhibitions, then becoming a successful face painter.
Though tattoos caught her attention soon after she became a face painter, the only way to train to become a tattoo artist in Hong Kong back then was to do a full-time apprenticeship at a tattoo studio. This wasn’t an option for Abigail at that time because she was working, raising a baby alone and managing chores. So, she focused instead on honing her face-painting skills while patiently waiting for tattoo schools and courses to become available in Hong Kong.
As soon as they did, Abigail completed a 2-year tattoo course, even though this meant she had to take her then 6-year-old to the studio between work shifts before heading home to practise. Some nights, she found herself awake till 4 am! She went through some really tough times, but her consistency, grit and patience saw her successfully graduating from the course.
After getting some practice tattooing on real skin, she set up her own tattoo studio last year. She now enjoys the freedom of having her own cosy and tidy space, comfortably decorated with her beloved plants.
While working as a face and body painter, she racked up quite a collection of her own tattoos. Even with her vast collection, she is awe-inspired by other tattoo artists when they work on her skin, learning everything she can from these masters as they tattoo each piece.
Abigail believes in connecting with her clients on a personal level, so she likes to give you a peek into who she is while making you feel as comfortable as possible when you come to her for a tattoo. Aside from making you feel at home while getting tattooed, she hopes that this long bio will give you even more insight into who she is!
Abigail thoroughly enjoys the entire tattoo process, from designing her works of art to inking them on the skin. She also likes to involve her clients in the process, getting your insights along the way so that she can bring your ideas to life and ensure that each piece is unique and personal to you.

With her focus on the comfort and satisfaction of her clients, regardless of whether it’s your first tattoo or an addition to your collection, she is here to guide you through every step of the process.
Her philosophy is that tattoos are meaningful pieces of art that you can carry with you everywhere you go – art that represents your experiences, beliefs and passion or is simply beautiful to look at. She believes that tattoos are breathtaking ways of expressing your individuality.
